Giuseppe "Joe" Camaioni was born and raised in the Chicago land area and has been working in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Joe earned his Bachelors Degree in Business from Illinois State University and is a Managing Partner at Northpoint Financial Group.
Joe started his career in 1995 as a Pension Consultant. He holds his securities registrations, as well as his life & health insurance licenses. As a Registered Representative with Woodbury Financial Services, Inc., Joe works exclusively with busy professionals, business owners, law enforcement, Taft-Hartley Organizations, and families in helping implement financial strategies which suit their individual needs.
David J. Soper
David Soper was born and raised in the Chicago land area, and currently resides in the suburbs with his wife and two children.
Dave is a veteran of the financial services industry and enjoys educating & equipping his clients with the necessary information to navigate both Bull & Bear markets. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago. Dave currently holds multiple securities registrations including the Series 6, 7, 63, and 65. He is a Managing Partner at Northpoint Financial Group, an Investment Advisor Representative at Woodbury Financial Services, Inc., and holds the Registered Financial Consultant designation. Dave holds his Life, Health, AD&D, and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses.
Dave travels extensively for his clients in order to provide financial & retirement planning for busy professionals, families, Taft-Hartley organizations, & many of America’s largest corporations.
Paul Mark Deimling
Since 1989, Paul "Mark" Deimling has been providing Financial Services and Products that help clients attain financial independence. He has been an Investment Professional with Northpoint Financial Group since 2009.
Mark started his career at an accounting firm in a Northwest suburb of Chicago, concentrating on small and mid-size business accounting and tax preparation. Once he joined Northpoint Financial Group, he used his knowledge of accounting and tax efficiency to quickly develop an investment practice. Mark’s business has grown by concentrating on small to mid-size 401(k) and 403B Plans.
Today, Mark specializes in investment strategies, executive compensation, and tax strategies for small to mid-sized businesses and their owners. He helps create benefits packages that include group health, disability & life insurance, as well as pension, profit sharing, 401(k) plans, and investment strategies. Mark uses a “hands on” approach that includes: Fiduciary support, quarterly meetings with enrollees, and welcomes industry experts to speak on today’s hot topics.
Denise M. Baranowski, CDFA® CTFA®
Denise Baranowski is a Wealth Manager with Northpoint Financial Group specializing in investment planning, divorce planning, retirement planning, and estate planning. She is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA). She holds her Series 7, 31, and 66 registrations and is licensed in life, health, disability, long-term care & variable insurance, and annuities. She is a graduate of Houghton College in New York with a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management.
Denise previously worked as a paralegal for several international law firms specializing in corporate litigation, employee benefits, and tax & estate planning. She was also a Financial Advisor for several international investment management firms and specialized in working with high net-worth clients, and individuals & families in transition due to death, divorce, inheritances, and retirement.
Denise is also a member of the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA) and the Association of Divorce Financial Planners (ADFP).
John Kwasny, RFC
John Kwasny is a Registered Financial Counselor, Wealth Manager, and an Investment Advisor Representative with Northpoint Financial Group. John has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
Prior to entering this field, he spent several years in the equipment leasing business. With John’s experience gained as a small business owner and his experience with financial planning, he helps his clients anticipate and navigate the ever-changing business climate with the goal of optimizing returns and minimizing taxes.
John also provides the following financial services: Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Annuities, Real Estate Investment Trusts, Access to Estate Planning Attorneys, Comprehensive Individualized Retirement & Estate Planning, 401(k), and other Group Retirement Plans.
Walt Meyers is a Wealth Manager with Northpoint Financial Group. He resides in Bolingbrook with his wife and three daughters. Walt's practice includes investment, estate, retirement planning, and risk management. He began his career in the Financial Services Industry in 1985 as an agent with the Allstate Insurance Company. Since 2000, Walt has been assisting clients in holistic financial planning; designed to assist clients in reaching their financial goals while reducing risk.
Walt holds his Series 7, 66, and 31 securities registrations. He also has insurance licenses for Fire, Casualty, Life, Health, Variable Annuities, and Long Term Care coverage.
Mark Sheahan was born and raised in the Chicago land area and currently resides in the suburbs with his wife and pets. He has been in the financial services industry for over twelve years, and in 2013 joined Woodbury Financial Services, Inc. as a Registered Representative. Mark earned his Bachelors of Arts Degree in French Translation, Master of Education, and Chief School Business Official from Northern Illinois University; his Masters of Business Administration from Thunderbird (Glendale, AZ); and he holds the designations of CPA and CLU. He holds his Series 7 and 63 registrations, and his life insurance license. He recently retired as a school business manager, and is now devoting his full energy to his tax practice and offering investment services for individuals and businesses.
Adam Feierstein became familiar with the financial industry through his family’s accounting and financial planning firm in New Jersey in the early 1990’s. After growing up in New York, Adam moved to Los Angeles to become an entrepreneur. He lives in Los Angeles with his two daughters.
Today, Adam specializes in annuities, mutual funds, retirement plans, and life insurance. Working alongside his clients, Adam’s goal is to provide a customized financial strategy for long term success, as well as retirement strategies for his mature clients.
Adam holds his Series 6 and 63 registrations, life license, and variable annuities in both Iowa and California.
Logan W. Simios
Logan Simios was born and raised in the Chicago land area. He and his spouse, Laura, have lived in Palatine since 1988 and have three children.
Logan has been working as a Financial & Insurance Professional since 2003. He and his team help small to middle market companies create benefits packages that include group health, executive benefits, ancillary benefits, disability & life insurance, 401(k) plans, and related investment strategies. Logan works very closely with business owners, executives, employees, and individuals providing investment, insurance, tax, and retirement strategies. His goal is to assure that his clients have the appropriate knowledge in order to make informed decisions regarding the preservation of their assets and financial independence.
Logan graduated from Illinois State University with an accounting degree and earned status as a Certified Public Accountant. He started his career working in the public accounting field where he gained extensive knowledge in audit, taxation, and related software applications & consulting.
Logan holds his Series 6 and 63 securities registrations. He has insurance licenses for Life, Health, Fire & Casualty, Variable Annuities, Long-Term Care coverage and Medicare supplements.
With his personal time, Logan enjoys fitness, running, coaching, watching & playing basketball, and spending time with his family.
Mark Marrazzo was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He was introduced to the financial industry by his step father as a young child. Following his father’s advice, Mark attained his first license at the early age of 19 years old and hasn’t stopped learning since. After building a successful firm in the Chicago area, Mark decided to follow a lifelong dream and move to Tampa, FL in 2009 where he could expand his firm.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mark helps individuals with Financial & Estate Planning, Trust Management, Asset Allocation, and Portfolio Monitoring. He works with his corporate clients on their Retirement and Benefits Plan design, as well as Succession Planning. Among other services, this includes general ERISA Compliance, Plan Benchmarking, Investment Due Diligence, and Employee Education.

Mark currently lives in Tampa, FL where he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, training and coaching various martial arts, and going to the beach year round.
Anthony Petruzzi is an Investment Professional with Northpoint Financial Group in Warrenville, Illinois. He started in the financial services industry in 1997 and has been advising clients for over 17 years. Anthony holds his Series 6, 63, and 26 securities registrations, as well as life, health & long-term care certifications from the State of Illinois.
As a regional Director of Training, Anthony spent three years traveling to more than 50 offices in 18 states, providing training, education, and personally coaching & mentoring hundreds of individuals. He is recognized as an award winning certified trainer from the Franklin Covey Organization.
Anthony’s mission statement is, “No Family Left Behind,” and he enjoys helping clients from all walks of life. Anthony’s philosophy of treating each client as a family member has driven his, “Do what’s right for the client all the time,” approach in building his agency. Born in Italy, he moved to the United States in 1967. He was raised in Chicago and after building a successful business, he moved to Fort Myers, Florida, while still servicing his Chicago clients, in order to expand Northpoint Financial Group. Carlo is also a Registered Representative with Woodbury Financial Services, Inc.
